Here’s some of my final thoughts and what I’m personally going to work on moving forward…

I’m going to try to get rid of my L.B.S. (Limiting Belief System). I realize I’m not the only person who doesn’t feel good enough. That is a limiting belief. I call BULLSHIT! At the same time I’m going to not be so hard on myself. I will get out of my head and into my heart.

My girlfriend and I have already tried using Ho’oponopono. We realize that our relationship will never be perfect, we will work on mutual understanding. I will work on clarity, because clarity is power!

I am researching how to find a Fiducuary. I’m going to look at my income and budget and plan to invest 10% or more and automate it. I’m already on the interest saver mortgage plan so I have that going for me!

I’m going to focus on my meditation practice and get back to doing it daily. I really like the idea of the sunset meditation too. I will also try to focus on GRATITUDE!

I’m going to hold off with food and coffee first thing in the morning. I will drink lemon water. I will occasionally drink celery juice. I’ve researched it and it is 95% water and if you eat a lot of vegetables you don’t exactly need the vitamins that it gives you. I’m a near vegan and I eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Change the words I use. Try to be more positive.

I will continue to give whenever I can. I have been giving to charity for many years. It definitely makes me feel good knowing I am helping people who are less fortunate than me. In my times of need people were always there to help me. “The secret to life is giving.”

I will try to be honest. All change starts with honest.
