By day 6 I’ve got the opening routine down…

KK comes out and introduces Brian Bradley for our morning workout

He gives us a website for all of our exercises this week

KK tells us today’s topic is health energy and vitality

She talks about how important energy is and introduces Tony


When you have high energy you can do anything
When you have low energy you can’t

A lot of times creating energy is letting go of stresses

Tony has found more energy when he has learned to have stillness

The way to have inner stillness is through the heart

Then he does a meditation and prayer with us

We’re up against a lot of toxins and poisons, air fresheners, scented candles, gasoline, plastics, heavy metals, pathogens, viruses bacteria

Importance of a morning routine

Our liver has a morning routine that we break unintentionally. All night long our liver is collecting all these toxins. We need our body to flush that stuff out . Pulled off the fats in the morning like milk, cheese, butter, almond butter or milk, bacon, animal protein, cacao. When we eat those fats, the liver has to switch gears and doesn’t have the time to flush toxins out. Liver creates bile to break food down but it needs time in the morning to do that. This causes brain fog, skin conditions, anxiety, depression and much more.

Lemon water 16 to 32 ounces first thing in the morning
Wait 15 to 30 minutes
Celery juice 16 to 32 ounces binds onto poisons and toxins
Wait 15 to 30 minutes
Fruits or smoothie or oatmeal and fruit, frozen wild blueberries
Start with one or two days a wake and work up to as many days as you can

Communication skills improve

Energy will improve – stronger and no dips

At noon you can start with the radical facts

Hold off caffeine in the morning

Symptoms will ease

Sunset meditation – Helps restore trust

Set an alarm for sunset. Our soul is connected to the sun Rise and sunset. Watch the sunset and be mindful. The sun sets and brings sadness but the sun will rise, guaranteed. We rebuild trust by trusting the sunrise and sunset.

She trained for six to 8 hours a day for eight years to become number one

In November 2019 she was diagnosed with leukemia. She did a clinical trial and bone marrow transplants. She believed 1,000,000% and never looked back She did a routine every day .
